Orders that are placed by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped the same business day. Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive. During periods of heavy order volume such as November through December, please note that processing and shipping times may be extended and orders are filled as they are received.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
U.S. Shipping Destinations & Rates:
CandidTea.com ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
USPS standard shipping rates apply.
Candid Tea strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience with each purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund as described below.

How do I return a package?
Please pack the items carefully so that they do not become damaged. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning product(s).
All returns must include the original purchase receipt in the package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Candid Tea. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
