A Note From Courtney
Founder
Candid Tea was born from a blogging project that I started in 2016 to build value, camaraderie, and community among women. As an avid tea drinker who has shared many stories, laughs and moments of togetherness over a nice hot cup, I wanted to share that same experience with my digital community. So, what began as a novel approach to connect with women, spawned into a true passion for tea, and a thirst for knowledge regarding its ever-growing list of wellness benefits. And as they say, the rest is history.
One day while in the kitchen testing a new recipe, my dad called me a modern day witch doctor. He said that I was always playing around with herbs and roots. I laughed in response because it was true. Realizing that tea was just another herb that could be used like parsley or oregano, really helped me to appreciate tea beyond the cup.
I believe that tea can be truly transformative and that incorporating it into your daily wellness routine is one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to help strengthen your health and wellbeing.
