- 1 1/2 oz The Optimist – Energy Wellness Tea
- 1/2 oz Drambuie
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
In a shaker muddle 2 sprigs of thyme. Add all liquid ingredients and shake. Double strain into a glass and garnish with a thyme sprig or lemon wedge.
